Winter Shelter
Partnering with a local hotel, we provided 996 Bed Nights to people who would otherwise be sleeping outside.
Safe Parking
We partnered with the City of Sonoma to provide 10 safe parking spaces for clients who live in their cars. 87 individuals have said they sleep in their cars throughout the valley.
Navigation Center
On-site case managers help our clients navigate a variety of health, housing, and skill-development programs.
